Happy 8 Month Birthday Adelyn!

Adelyn you are such a sweet baby. You keep trying to crawl but you have not got it yet. You have changed your mind and have become a momma's girl. You want me to hold you all the time and you are having some type of separation anxiety but really I love it when you reach up your little arms to me; it makes me so happy that you love me so much.


You still love you daddy especially when he gets home from work; you smile so big and flail your arms. It is almost like you try to jump to him when he walks in the door.


Your sister likes to have tea parties with you but are only allowed to have one part of the tea set (Annabelle's rules not mine. :) ) You really enjoy the attention from her.


You have a new found obsession with the car. You would sit in it for ever and you really like it when your sister pushes you!


You love things in your mouth. You have two bottom teeth and are working on the top two. You still love the car and star at your sis and watch dvd's the whole time. The best part about this past month is that you have actually slept through the night twice! It is so wondeful! We pray that soon this will be an every night occurance.


You already drink out of a sippy cup really well and by yourself but you like for mommy or daddy to hold your bottle for you while you drink it. You still take a bottle most nights in the middle of the night but eat table food only. You just do not take your baby food anymore which is ok with mommy; whatever works is our motto around here!


Adelyn, you love to grab your feet and clap them. You have the most beautiful blue eyes and you weigh almost as much as your sister; ya'll definitly feel the same weight when I hold you both. You are in 6-12 month clothes. Your hair is growing in more every day and it looks like it might be wavy like mommy and daddy's.


Adelyn, I feel like every day you grow up and learn something new. It is so hard for me to keep up with you and your sister but I would NEVER trade this wonderful life I have where I get to hang out enjoying your laughs and smiles and seeing you do new things all the time. You are such a precious child; I love you so much.
