Let’s talk about meatballs, but not just any meatballs—these little beauties are gluten-free, dairy-free, Whole30-approved, and unapologetically baked in bacon grease from the morning’s bacon. Because honestly, why not let your morning bacon do double duty? If I haven’t shared here yet, our family looooves some bacon.
You see, traditional meatballs are loaded with breadcrumbs and cheese, but we’re here to break the rules. These babies hold together perfectly, thanks to the egg, and a little bacon grease.
So whether you’re tossing them in noodles, dunking them in marinara, or eating them straight off the pan, these meatballs are here to make dinner easy and delicious. No fillers, no fuss—just good food that even my Abe requests for lunch at school. And honestly, that’s the best endorsement a Fisher recipe can get.
