Growing up, I’ve always cherished flowers. My favorite color was purple, and my childhood bedroom reflected it with purple walls decorated with something special—dried flowers from performances, recitals, and plays, each one pinned to the wall like a cherished memory.
Fast forward to today, and that love for flowers has bloomed into something creative. A few months ago, during a craft fair at my oldest’s school, Ainsley and I started making paper flowers. It’s become a fun little hobby for us (mostly me). We even started a instagram account called Unwithering Paper Flowers. Though they take time to create, their beauty makes the effort feel completely worth it.
Here are some arrangements I worked on today for someone. I sent them to her to choose her favorite, but personally, I’m partial to number 3. What about you—which one are you partial to?
