GF Cinnamon Muffins



Ainsley’s Cinnamon Muffins


Ingredients

1. 1½ cups GF all-purpose flour

2. ½ cup granulated sugar

3. 2 teaspoons baking powder

4. 1 teaspoon salt

5. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

6. 1 large egg

7. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

8. ½ cup milk

9. 1/3 cup butter


Topping

1. 3 tablespoons sugar

2. ½ teaspoon cinnamon

3. 2 tablespoons butter



These are our favorite gluten-free muffins, best enjoyed warm and fresh out of the oven. We love them so much that we bake at least two batches a week! While we usually skip the topping. Let me know if you decide to make them too!
