Annabelle's 6th Birthday Party!
Annabelle turned 6 on the 27th of September! In some ways I cannot believe she is 6 and in some ways I totally can! Six years ago I became and mom and it rocked my world! I am so thankful for Annabelle and her strong will and independent spirit. We just did a big party at the park with all of Annabelle's cousins and friends! It was pretty low key and she loved it! I'm thankful it was a perfect day for a party and that Annabelle had a blast!
Annabelle,
I pray every day that you will come to know the Lord in a real and personal way and that you would love Him with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength! I know God can do amazing things with that brain of yours! You are so smart and can be so loving and caring. I am incredibly thankful that I get to be your mom! I love you!

Annabelle's 5th Birthday "Barbie Mariposa" Party!
We had an absolute blast at Annabelle's 5th b-day party. She had decided she wanted to have a barbie party a long time ago and I was happy to plan it. We love birthday's at our house!
I think I was really excited about her having a barbie party because I had a barbie party when I was
about her age too!
We decided to invite our friends with kids and cousins and then the kids in Annabelle's class at school.
Marmie and PapaDaddy were so gracious to let us use their back yard for the party and it worked so well. There yard is huge and it was a beautiful day that day! I am still getting used to the fact that it is still so warm here at this time of year. It's great!
The one request Annabelle had for her party was that Barbie would come and paint her fingernails. When she first mentioned it, I thought, "Surely she will forget...no big deal.." Well, she didn't and so I found a teenage barbie that could come and pretend. :)
Annabelle and Adelyn and I made a pinata for the party. It was hilariously awful looking but the girls had a blast making it! I didn't think it was going to be hard to break at all but it was so hard! ha!

I am so thankful for such a fun time celebrating Annabelle's birth! We just had a blast; it was so memorable and it was probably one of my last "hooray's" before the baby comes!!
I can't believe my baby is so big!!
