Give me an undivided heart Lord...

This passage of scripture breathes life into my soul  today, so I am making it my prayer:

Teach me your way Lord:
Help me to choose to use my time in the best way possible, where there are MANY things vying for my attention, help me focus (1) on you and give myself to all you have for me to do, no more or less. Give me a heart for your word. (2) keeping it on the forefront of my mind today
so that you can transform my mind. (3)

that I may rely on Your faithfulness:
God please help me not to rely on myself (4), on my to do list, on what people think of me, or what the world says I should be doing; help me to lean in to how faithful you have been to me in the past. Help me to keep my mind on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely admirable. (5)

Give me an undivided heart:
God my heart so quickly strays from you. Lord I know I need you. Father help me to set my mind on things above and not on things of this earth (6), being in the world but not of it. (7)

that I may fear your name:
God I want to be pleasing to you; I want to honor you with this life you have given me. Give me opportunities to speak about you today. Grow my faith for your glory, causing many to see and fear and put their trust in the Lord. (8)

I will praise you O Lord my God with all of my heart; I will glorify your name forever! For great is your love toward me.
Thank You Lord.
