Sisters and Isaiah 61

These two girls are getting so big so fast! I love love love these dresses my step mom got for the girls from Zulilly! I cannot believe Adelyn's really is a litte too small now. :(

The pictures of the girls this am in these dresses reminded me of this:
I went back searching for these and saw they were taken a year and a month ago. So sweet and boy how they have changed!
They def have a love/hate relationship but I know they really do love each other lots especially because  when the other ones not there, the other one always asks where they are. I always wanted a sister and so I'm so glad they have each other. I prayed they would be so different and boy are they and now I pray that they will be best friends their whole life.
Switching geers, I am in a bible study with ladies but have been studying something else entirely. This week I have been studying Isaiah 61. I love studying out scripture, like minutely. Adam and I decided we are going to do Beth Moore's Breaking Free Bible Study together and so this is the passage it starts with, just wanted to share:

61

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me
for the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted
and to proclaim that captives will be released
    and prisoners will be freed.[a]
He has sent me to tell those who mourn
that the time of the Lord’s favor has come,[b]
and with it, the day of God’s anger against their enemies.
To all who mourn in Israel,[c]
he will give a crown of beauty for ashes,
a joyous blessing instead of mourning,
    festive praise instead of despair.
In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks
that the Lord has planted for his own glory.

First, I found out that this passage is about what Jesus came to do for us and what is ultimately accomplished the day He comes back to earth to gather those who know Him.

I loved all the cross references to this passage. :) What are you studying right now? How do you study the word?

Precious pictures! I think sisters are one of God's best blessings. My two sisters are the loves of my life.
