A Rockey's Shake

Today, I was brainstorming ways to get anything good into Adelyn's body. Adelyn's just like her daddy and doesn't like anything green etc.

So, I decided to make a Rockey's shake. Rockey's is Italian Ice and it's Adam's favorite thing in the world. :) You know me and recipes; we don't really mesh but it has spinach, strawberries, grapes, milk, a half banana and some vanilla ice.
