Vision Board 2025

At the start of the year, I created a vision board, and it has been an incredible visual reminder of the things I want to prioritize. It’s helped me stay focused and has gently redirected me when I’ve lost my way. There are so many meaningful goals and dreams represented on this board — I’m truly grateful I took the time to make it.

Some of the things I included, like our trip to NYC, have already come and gone, but seeing them reminds me to thank God for those sweet memories. I’m also thinking about adding a few new things: I want to teach the kids Hebrews 11 — to help them see what it means to live by faith — and I want to prioritize memorizing Romans 8 myself. I haven’t started on that one yet. I feel like there’s so much truth and freedom in that chapter that I need to carry in my heart, especially when life feels overwhelming.

The meal planning section has been especially helpful. It’s a good reminder that our whole family functions better when I take the time to plan meals — and honestly, even that feels like an act of service and love that God’s entrusted to me in this season.

This vision board has become more than just a collection of goals. It’s a tool that keeps me focused on what truly matters, reminding me that while I can plan, it’s God who directs my steps. Much more on this later, it’s going to be neat to see how the year unfolds.
