Thankful Tuesday.

There is so much to be said but it's Thankful Tuesday and so I'll start and stop there. Today, I am thankful for all of the fun moments we have had this week from: date night, to baking a cake, celebrating birthdays, going to the park, making cake pops, daddy daughter and mommy daughter time, zoo time, and straightening Adelyn's hair. :)

And I'm thankful that God's grace is enough to get my through the good days and also the hard days. I am thankful that He is God, El Roi, the God who sees all. I am thankful that He understands me, my life, and that He not only cares but empathizes. Praise Him!

“You are a God who sees me.” Genesis 16:13

Thankful Tuesday

Our Home

I just wanted to write and thank God publicly because we closed on our house in Ohio yesterday!! Adam worked so so very hard on that house and he did a great job!! I am so thankful that it was on the market for less than a month before we had a buyer and that everything went smoothly with our realtors. I'm very thankful that we did not have to travel back to Ohio after the 17th of February. God is good. This scripture has been on my mind all week and I have just been clinging to it for dear life:

“Because she loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue her; I will protect her, for she acknowledges my name. She will call on me, and I will answer her; I will be with her in trouble, I will deliver her and honor her. With long life I will satisfy her and show her my salvation.”
Psalm 91:14-16

Thankful Tuesday

It's Thankful Tuesday. I missed thankful Tuesday last week; seriously just completely missed my crazy brain. Today, I am thankful to God for giving us time to spend with people we love just hanging out or celebrating special events. It is so healing and encouraging to be around these wonderful people.

 I am thankful to God for my sweet dad who came to me and gave me 100$ and said, "Go have fun with this!" What a blessing to have parents who are so generous! So, we went for a visit to the zoo and we had a blast as a family! I am always always thankful to God for providing family time and a family that I enjoy spending it with!

 We LOVED the Columbus zoo but one thing they never had was giraffes. The girls were just giddy about getting to see the giraffes today. It was a memorable experience!

And I am thankful to God that He never ever fails me and He never leaves me wanting. He is all satisfying, the only one or things that really ever truly satisfies me. I am thankful that ever single time I seek Him, He is there wanting to show Himself to me. He truly never leaves me or forsakes me. I am thankful to Him and for Him and His Spirit.
