Pajama Day, Fruit Salad, and Thankful Tuesday!

It was Pajama Day at school today for Annabelle and I almost forgot! We were about to walk out the door and I remembered so we told her to pick out some pajamas to wear and she picked out her butterflies to wear. She was a little confused about why she was taking off her normal clothes to put back on pajamas to go to school but she was also really excited!
I hope she doesn't get too old for footy pjs any time soon. They are so precious to me!
After school, Annabelle and Adelyn and I decided to make fruit salad with what we had at our house already. You have to know the running joke at our house about this but it's hilarious, we sing this song all the time about fruit salad and so the girls were ecstatic when I said we could make some. Of course the only one who actually ate any was Annabelle because Adelyn is the picky one!

Today is THANKFUL TUESDAY and besides the obvious wonderfully blessings in my life: my husband who is so helpful and love me, my beautiful girls, THE SUNSHINE, today I want to just write that I am thankful to have been "made alive" in Christ. It says in Ephesians 2:1-10:

" And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

I was DEAD but now I am ALIVE and I cannot think of anything better to be thankful for today that that!!
