Happy 2nd Birthday Sweet Adelyn Jane!

Dear Adelyn,

Today was so much fun getting to see you so excited and feel so special. It really couldn't have been more perfect. You loved your pizza for breakfast and your face was so sweet when you picked out your bunny, you were just so excited. You so loved getting to see the Christmas lights tonight at the zoo. I could tell you felt really really special today and I am so thankful because that is exactly what I wanted for you!
I loved how you talked to me the entire time through the zoo lights. It is just so amazing how much you are growing and learning and how much you are communicating with us now. I love watching you grow up. You are just so precious and so much fun to be around. I know you are going to be the life of the party wherever you go!
You know how people say that time as flown by, well, I don't really feel that way with you so far. It has been a hard couple of years for mommy and daddy and I hope that one day I can share with you all that God has taught me through this time. In the midst of these hard times, I feel like we have had some really special times and I am so gad that you will be able to read about them here. I want more than anything for you to know and love my Savior and I pray that happens for you at a young age. He really is everything you will ever need and more and without Him I have no idea what in the world I would be doing.
I know I always say this, but I am so glad that God healed your sweet little body from the esophageal reflux that hurt you so bad, your ear troubles and from most of your allergies. I pray you will have no trouble with those things in the future.
Adelyn, I love you more than words can say. Every single morning when you wake up I am so excited to see your face. I feel so blessed daily that I get to stay at home with you and play and be a stay at home mom. It is such a special time for me. I hope you always feel loved and special and I pray that I teach you how to look to the one who can really fulfill all your needs.
